Fresh off their Australian tour with pal Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum couldn't be faulted for "diva" behavior, considering that they're about to headline the 2011 Divas Nashvegas benefit concert. The star-studded event takes place at Evers Farm outside Nashville on Friday (April 29), and will benefit the Oasis Center, Music City's only residential and counseling program for homeless, at-risk and underprivileged teens. Lady A's Charles Kelley and his wife, Cassie (pictured left), have become very involved with the non-profit organization, with hopes the celebrated trio will follow suit. "Cassie started working with the Oasis Center a few years ago, so she's really spearheaded that for us. I'm letting her take the direction on a lot of this," Charles Kelley tells The Boot. "She's been talking a lot about the two of us getting more involved with charitable stuff. This is one of our first [benefits] with Lady Antebellum and the Oasis Center, and hopefully we'll get more involved with the Oasis Center. It's great. We're getting to the point where it's time for us to really start giving back. We've had a great couple years, and we're excited about doing that event."

"Cassie and Charles have been volunteers for us for a number of years," Oasis Director of Development Mark Dunkerley told The Boot. "They have volunteered in our Emergency Shelter for homeless youth for a while, and this past year they showed up around Christmas with bags full of gifts for families they adopted. It's amazing to have a group of their caliber perform this benefit concert, but what makes this really special is the personal interest they have in helping our agency."

Premiere vocalist Mandy Barnett will open the event, which was originated by Wynonna seven years ago. Wy herself promises to make an appearance, capping a night of cocktails, dinner and the live concert, with the money raised helping to fund the center's emergency shelter -- a two-week program for teenagers who are about to enter state custody.

What's next for Lady Antebellum is putting the finishing touches on their third album, the follow-up to 'Need You Now,' releasing a single (which we hear should be hitting the airwaves in the coming weeks) and a performance at this year's Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on May 22.
