Jason Aldean will hold a special concert during the CMA Music Festival to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a foundation that funds breast cancer research and helps cancer victims. Jason Aldean: Concert for the Cure will be held June 12 at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon and will also feature a performance by Luke Bryan.

Breast cancer awareness is a cause near and dear to Jason. He lost his dear friend, Melissa, to the disease when she was just 28 years old.

"I hope people will come out to support this cause and help me remember Melissa," Jason writes in a note to fans on his website. "I promise to make it the most rocking late night gig in downtown Nashville that night!"
