Jana Kramer has tied the knot with her fiance Michael Caussin!

Less than six months after getting engaged on Kramer's 31st birthday, the country singer and free agent football player said "I do" in front of their family and friends, Us Weekly reports, on Friday (May 22) at a vineyard in Charlottesville, Va., with a "vintage lilac" theme. Kramer wore a custom Galia Lahav gown.

"We feel extremely blessed to have found each other and are so fortunate to have shared our day with close friends and family," the couple tells the magazine. "We look forward to sharing our lives together."

Kramer and Caussin wanted to keep the celebration low key, and the couple used a wedding planner to ensure that all of the details would come together, even with Kramer's busy touring schedule.

“It’ll be great – lots of wine," Kramer said before the big day. "Wine is my best friend."

Even though many brides get caught up in the whirlwind of details, from linens and table arrangements to wedding favors, Kramer was only focused on one important detail.

“As long as he’s there,” Kramer said of Caussin, “I don’t honestly really care.”

The newlyweds have social media to thank for getting them together. They met on Twitter.

"He favorited some stuff I tweeted, and we met each other,” Kramer recalls. “I did some background things to verify who he was and everything, and we started dating. It’s like Mr. Right came walking by.”

Though the couple fully intends on taking a honeymoon, they won't be going until at least the winter due to Kramer's schedule. If Caussin signs with an NFL team, his schedule could push the honeymoon even further out.

Kramer recently released her "I Got the Boy" music video, and she's also set to appear in the upcoming indie music drama, Country Crush. She is currently co-headlining the CMT Next Women of Country Tour with Kelsea Ballerini; the last tour date is scheduled for May 28 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
