Jake Owen will soon be a father of two. The country singer is expecting a baby with his girlfriend, Erica Hartlein.

Owen and Hartelin shared their happy news in an ABC news special, I'm Coming Home, on Thanksgiving (Nov. 22). The couple visited Owen's hometown of Vero Beach, Fla., and told his parents about their soon-to-be-grandchild during the TV event.

"This will throw you guys for a loop: Erica and I will be having a little addition to our Owen family," Owen shared with his parents, Steve and Mitzi, during the special (quote via Taste of Country).

Owen's father is hoping for a boy, he shared with the couple, while Owen's mom is hoping for twins. Interjected Owen, "We don't need twins."

Owen and Hartlein, who is an interior designer, have been together since at least 2017, but have kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight. Owen was previously married to Lacey Buchanan; the couple wed in 2012 and divorced in 2015.

With Buchanan, Owen has a daughter named Pearl. She was born on Thanksgiving (Nov. 22) in 2012, meaning that she turned six on the same day Owen's I'm Coming Home TV special aired.

Career-wise, Owen is currently serving as a judge on the TV show Real Country, and working on new music. His most recent single, "Down to the Honkytonk," is his first with Big Loud Records. Hie signed with the label in late 2017, after leaving his previous label home, RCA Records.
