The Infamous Stringdusters have announced the release of a new album and accompanying tour this spring.

'Let It Go,' the fifth studio album from the Stringdusters, is set for release on April 1 through the band's label, High Country Recordings. The album will feature 11 tracks recorded at White Star Sound near Charlottesville, Va.

According the the band's website, the title track off the album features a lyric that rings true to one of their core beliefs: "If you think you can make a difference and the fire is in your soul, go ahead and take your stand and if you can’t, let it go."

Staying true to the lyric, the band will be donating $1.00 to the Conservation Alliance for every copy of the album and every ticket sold on the Let It Go Album Release Tour. The band will be joining with Keen and Klean Kanteen to raise money for the alliance, which works to increase protection and recreation opportunities in wild places.

The two-month tour begins in March and will take the band across the country, including their first appearance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on April 25.
