In June's installment of The Boot's Guest Room Sessions, Nashville singer-songwriter Lucy Isabel spotlights her brand-new song "Lucky Stars." Press play above to watch Isabel perform the sweet, tender tune about falling in love, with her very own love.

It's fitting that Isabel is joined by her husband, Evan Fortune, for this performance of "Lucky Stars," as the song is inspired by their own love story. Even though he isn't actually a musician himself, Isabel convinced Fortune to join her for this performance and sing some truly chemistry-laden harmonies together in the kitchen of a home in Cairns, Queensland, Australia.

"I wrote this song about my now-husband relatively early in our relationship. We were at a point in our relationship where we were spending every second of free time together," Isabel tells The Boot. "There was a day when we couldn't hang out together for some reason, and his sudden absence after I had seen him every day for the last month or so felt so foreign and unwelcome."

Born in New Jersey and now making her way in Music City, Isabel just released a brand-new album, Rambling Stranger, on which "Lucky Stars" appears. Produced by Jared Anderson, the 10-track effort is the follow-up to her debut 2016 EP, Along the Way.

Rambling Stranger dropped on Friday (June 14), and Isabel recently kicked off a busy touring schedule in Nashville as well. Visit LucyIsabelMusic.com for more details.
