Garth Brooks is used to selling out arenas and stadiums, often for multiple nights at a time, but this summer, he'll be heading to smaller -- much smaller -- venues. The country superstar has announced his brief Dive Bar Tour, which will begin in Chicago, Ill., on July 15.

Brooks revealed his Dive Bar Tour plans on Sunday (July 7), in honor of National Dive Bar Day. In addition to Chicago, where he will perform at Joe's on Weed Street, Brooks will play at dive bars in six other cities. Those locations, as well as the dive bars at which he'll be performing, have yet to be announced; The Boot will update this story when those details are made available.

Brooks' fans can win their way into his Chicago Dive Bar Tour show by listening to WUSN-FM and WEBG-FM; tickets are available exclusively via those two local radio stations. As the shows are sponsored by Seagram's 7 Crown and taking place in bars, all ticketholders must be 21 years of age or older.

Brooks' Dive Bar Tour is in support of his newest single, "Dive Bar," which is a duet with Blake Shelton. Brooks co-wrote the song with Mitch Rossell and Bryan Kennedy, and asked Shelton to be part of the track after seeing him perform on the 2019 ACM Awards in April. Brooks and Shelton previously worked together on The Voice back in 2016, when Brooks was an advisor during the TV singing competition's 11th season, and both men are Oklahoma natives (Brooks is from Tulsa, while Shelton grew up about three hours south, in Tishomingo).

Shelton and Brooks will perform "Dive Bar" together for the first time on July 19, at Brooks' Stadium Tour stop in Boise, Idaho. The multi-year trek began in early 2019. Shelton, who is keeping busy with his coaching role on The Voice, will open that show, and their performance will be filmed.

Brooks has been working on new music as of late. He's been teasing a new album called Fun since early 2019; he tells Billboard it should be done "by the end of July."
