Faith Hill to Sing at Super Bowl
Faith Hill will sing 'America the Beautiful' before Super Bowl XLIII. The country songbird joins an elite group of only three other artists who've performed that song during the game's preshow -- Ray Charles, Alicia Keys and Vicki Carr.
Faith has become a familiar face in the NFL over the years, performing the national anthem at the 2000 Super Bowl and singing 'Waiting All Week for Sunday Night' before every Sunday night NFL game for the past two seasons.
Super Bowl XLIII is February 1 in Tampa, Fla. The pregame show, featuring Faith, will start at 1 PM ET on NBC. Jennifer Hudson has been tapped to sing the national anthem, while Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform at halftime.
