David Nail is returning to his homestate May 27 to headline the David Nail Flood Relief Benefit Concert in Sikeston, Mo. All proceeds from the event will go to the SEMO Health Network's Flood Relief Fund to assist the thousands of Southeastern Missouri residents who have been lost their homes and/or belongings to recent weather.

"It's human nature to want to help out anytime you see those struck by the devastation that the recent weather has caused in parts of the southeast and Midwest," David says. "Being from Southeast Missouri, obviously their struggles have hit me the hardest. This show will hopefully rally the spirits of those affected!"

The Kennett, Mo. native isn't the only country singer from his hometown who is lending a hand to those in need this month. Trent Tomlinson returns to the pair's hometown to play the Delta Children's Home second annual benefit May 24 alongside Uncle Kracker and Keith Anderson. The show raises funds for the non-profit organization's two children's homes in Kennett.

The David Nail Flood Relief Benefit Concert will begin at 7:00 pm May 27 at the Sikeston High School Fieldhouse (200 S. Pine Street, Sikeston, Mo.) Tickets are $10 and may be purchased here or by calling 1-800-821-3093.
