Craig Morgan took home two trophies last night (Jan. 19) at the Golden Moose Awards in Las Vegas. The country star, whose show 'All Access Outdoors' airs on the Outdoor Channel, was recognized for Best Deer Hunting and Best Turkey Hunting.

Craig began hunting with his parents when he was six years old, so his new trophies are likely as meaningful to him as any music awards. "I consider it a great privilege to be amongst such wonderful people," he said upon accepting the Best Turkey Hunting honors. "I have said for a long time that this country is led by the people who have the courage to stand up for what they believe in. I am honored to be around those people tonight. I thank the 'Outdoor Channel' for letting me be among the legends who are here tonight, and I am humble and grateful for this opportunity."

Craig was given his second award, for Best Deer Hunting, later in the show. The singer harvested his first deer when he was ten years old, while hunting with his mother. This time to the podium, Craig thanked his sponsors, whom he called partners and friends. He became a little emotional when he accepted the award for his outfitter, who passed away recently.

'All Access Outdoors' chronicles Craig's career and hobbies. His various adventures on the show have taken him bow-hunting, motorcross racing and singing in front of thousands of fans.

The awards were held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas during the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show. They honor the producers and on-air talent from the Outdoor Channel's programming. The show was hosted by Michael Waddell of 'Realtree Road Trips' and 'Bone Collector.'

Other celebrities in attendance were Ted Nugent, Shawn Michaels, actor Joe Mantegna and the Zac Brown Band, who performed during the ceremonies.
