This year's CMA Fest was a busy time for surprise performances, unforgettable duets and song reveals, including Chris Young's brand new duet with Lauren Alaina, "This Town Ain't Big Enough." Press play above to watch the pair debut the song live!

Young unveiled the track from forthcoming album Raised on Country during a June 8 performance at Blake Shelton's downtown Nashville bar, Ole Red. What began as a solo flight turned into a star-studded duet once Alaina took the stage.

It's not the first album cut revealed to the public. Young teased "Drowning" and "Hold My Beer, Watch This" via social media in the spring. Before that, he shared the title track, a nostalgic ode to '90s country.

Nor is "This Town Ain't Big Enough" the album's only duet. Kane Brown -- who happens to be a childhood friend of Alaina's, and also teamed with her for his hit "What Ifs" --  is involved in Young's new album in some capacity.

"There's a lot of guests on the record that nobody really knows about yet," Young told The Boot in May. "So, I really do think this is the best record I've ever made."

Young admits to his own high expectations for the album, out sometime in 2019. "I do really and truly feel like I am trying to at least meet the level of everything that has been awesome that I've had happen to me in my career before," he explains. "So I've put in as much work as I possibly could. I want this to be something truly special, and I think it's gonna be."
