Carrie Underwood Opens 2014 American Country Countdown Awards With Hits Medley [WATCH]

Carrie Underwood kicked off the inaugural 2014 American Country Countdown Awards on Monday night (Dec. 15) with a throwback to some of her biggest hits.

The pregnant songstress, clad in a stunning electric blue gown, performed a medley of 'Before He Cheats,' 'All-American Girl,' 'Cowboy Casanova' and 'Blown Away,' along with her current hit, 'Something in the Water,' the latter with a choir heard in the background singing 'Amazing Grace.'

The songs can all be found on Underwood's 'Greatest Hits: Decade #1,' which was released Dec. 9. Underwood was nominated for the Female Vocalist of the Year ACC Award.
