Martina McBride returned to the 2016 American Country Countdown Awards stage for a second time on Sunday night (May 1) to perform the title track from her latest release, Reckless.

McBride took the stage wearing all black, with some extra-sparkly pants and a matching blazer. During the song, she used a standing microphone for the beginning half, before taking the mic off of the stand and walking to the end of the stage. Behind her, on the big screens, pieces of orange paper swirled around to resemble the fire that she was singing about. At the end of her performance, when McBride took a bow, a piece of paper with her name on it was shown on the screen before it was burnt by flames.

"Reckless" is the lead single off of McBride's newest album, which was released on April 29. Earlier in the night McBride, Jennifer Nettles and Cam opened up the 2016 ACC Awards with a collaboration on McBride’s “This One’s for the Girls.”
