Canaan Smith introduced his new single, "Hole in a Bottle," on Monday's (Sept. 14) episode of Today, and also used the time to announce that he will be embarking on his first headlining trek.

Smith's Stompin' Grounds Tour will kick off on Nov. 6 in Charlotte, N.C., and run through mid-December. Three of the dates are part of the 2015 Taste of Country Christmas Tour, which also features Frankie BallardA Thousand HorsesOld Dominion and Chase Rice, each on their own set of shows. A complete list of Smith's headlining concerts is below, and details are available on his website.

"Hole in a Bottle," which you can hear below, is the second single from Smith's debut album, Bronco, which was released in June. The Virginia native co-wrote eight of the record's 11 tracks, but he says that he thinks each song, even the ones he didn't write, carries an important message.

“If I was not a singer of these songs, I would go buy these songs because I believe they’re country songs that people need to hear," Smith tells The Boot.

Video of the singer's "Hole in a Bottle" Today performance is available on the show's website.

Smith is currently wrapping up his time serving as an opening act, along with Maddie & Tae and Kip Moore, on Dierks Bentley's 2015 Sounds of Summer Tour. Bronco is available for purchase on Amazon and iTunes.
