Brad Paisley has released his video for "Without a Fight" featuring Demi Lovato.

The video opens with Paisley jamming hard on his guitar in an industrial looking space. As Paisley rocks out with his band underneath a hanging microphone, Lovato enters the picture sitting backwards in a chair. As the tempo of the song picks up, Lovato bounds out of the chair to push Paisley out from underneath the mic to grab it for herself. It is very evident that, despite the lyrics, the pair get along really well and that they had fun shooting this video. In between the shots of the Lovato seen pushing Paisley around, there are shots of the two of them smiling at each other like they have been friends for years. At one point Lovato even steals Paisley's iconic hat and dances around with it on. As the video concludes, she completely knocks his hat onto the floor to audible laughs of the people behind the camera.

"Without a Fight" appears on Paisley's 11th studio album. The song was written by Paisley, Kelley Lovelace and Lee Thomas Miller and was produced by Paisley and Luke Wooten. “Without a Fight” tells the story of a couple who can’t seem to stop fighting. They “both regret some of the things we said” — however, they “love the way it ended.”

“For me, I wanted [“Without a Fight”] to have that feeling of angst in a relationship,” Paisley tells Taste of Country Nights host Sam Alex. “Everybody goes through a period where you’re fighting a lot, I think. Sometimes that can be a good thing for your relationship. That conflict can lead to making up.”
