A Timeline of Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert’s Relationship

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert first met in 2005, when they were paired up for the CMT 100 Greatest Duets special -- and it's no exaggeration to say that it was love at first sight.

Shelton was married at the time of their performance, but after his divorced was finalized, he and Lambert acted on their instant connection and began dating in 2006. They were married on May 14, 2011, and supported each other as their careers -- both in country music and related to other endeavors, including Shelton's coaching gig on The Voice and Lambert's animal rescue foundation and numerous business ventures -- flourished.
