It's been three years since Alan Jackson has released an album of all-new music, and the wait is finally over: He has announced a new album, Angels and Alcohol, that will be released this summer.

The country singer-songwriter's new record boasts 10 tracks, seven of them -- including the title track -- written by Jackson. Angels and Alcohol is his 15th studio album and was produced by Keith Stegall, the producer behind all of Jackson's albums over the past two-and-a-half decades, with the exception of Like Red on a Rose.

Since his debut record, Here in the Real World, in 1990, which had four Top 5 singles and his first No. 1 hit, "I'd Love You All Over Again," Jackson has proved himself to be one of the most prolific and well-loved country artists in history. The Grand Ole Opry member has released 22 albums, including two Christmas albums, two gospel albums, three hits collections and a bluegrass album, the latter of which included standards and eight original songs penned by Jackson.

Angels and Alcohol is available for pre-order now and is set for release on July 17.

Between now and then, Jackson will keep busy: He'll perform at the 2015 ACM Awards and ACM Party for a Cause, as well as headline the Rock the South Festival in June. He's also currently on his 25th anniversary Keepin' It Country Tour, which launched Jan. 8 in Florida and comes to a close on May 17 in Colorado. Jackson is deeply proud of his silver anniversary in country music and excited about connecting with his fans on tour.

“I have fans who have been coming to my shows for 25 years, I meet them, and they’ll pull out a picture they took of me 25 years ago!" he says. "This is a way to make it new — put together something special that pulls together those 25 years. Some people don’t like to talk about how many years they’ve been around — it makes them feel old. I’m proud of it and glad to do it.”
