Jason Aldean's big hit featuring Miranda Lambert, “Drowns the Whiskey,” was nominated in three categories at the 2018 CMA Awards and has been a big radio success for the artists. Kelsea Ballerini and the Chainsmokers' peppy collaboration on “This Feeling” has quickly established itself as a fan favorite as well, with its powerful message of independence.
Dierks Bentley and Brothers Osborne share a powerful collaboration on “Burning Man,” which was nominated for Musical Event of the Year at the 2018 CMAs. Maren Morris, Zedd and Grey scored a major hit with their song “The Middle,” an undeniably catchy dance and pop chart smash.
David Lee Murphy and Kenny Chesney deliver feel-good vibes in their collaboration “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright," which won them the award for Musical Event of the Year at the 2018 CMAs. Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line, meanwhile, broke records with “Meant to Be,” which stayed at the top of the Hot Country Songs chart for ... well, we're not sure we can remember far back enough!
Sugarland's “Babe," featuring Taylor Swift, had fans swooning -- and excited to have a little Swiftian magic back in country music -- while Town Mountain featured Tyler Childers on their song “Down Low," which he also co-wrote. Carrie Underwood's pulsing anthem “The Champion," with Ludacris, is a new pump-up favorite, and Keith Urban tapped rising talent Kassi Ashton for his song “Droptop" thanks to her innate swagger and attitude.
