CMT announced nominations for the 2017 CMT Music Awards on Tuesday (May 9). Kelsea Ballerini, Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett are among the many artists with nominations in multiple categories at the upcoming awards show.

Rhett, too, scored nominations in four categories: Video of the Year and Male Video of the Year, both for "Star of the Show;" Performance of the Year, for his CMT Crossroads collaboration with Nick Jonas on "Close;" and Social Superstar.

Urban and Brett Eldredge both received nominations for Social Superstar and Video of the Year ("Blue Ain't Your Color" and "Wanna Be That Song," respectively), while Jon Pardi is nominated for Video of the Year and Breakthrough Video of the Year. The latter category also includes Brett Young and Lauren Alaina, among others.
