Perhaps no one is more excited for the 2015 CMT Music Awards than the evening's co-hosts, actress Brittany Snow and sportscaster and Dancing With the Stars host Erin Andrews.

"I'm starstruck over, I think probably everybody," Snow tells The Boot. "I just saw Luke Bryan’s guitarist, and I took 10 pictures. I haven’t even seen him yet, and I took pictures of his guitarist, so I’m kind of scared what I’m going to do, but I’m pretty starstruck by everybody. This is not something in my wheelhouse."

Adds Andrews, "All of them for me as well. I’ve seen a lot of them. They all come to football games. They all come to college football games. But we’re in their house now, so I think that’s what’s cool. I’m excited to geek out over them."

Deciding to take time out of their busy schedules to co-host the awards show was an easy decision for both of the women.

"It’s a party," Andrews says. "These are the best people to be around. Everybody is so laid back. Everybody wants to have a good time. The performances are going to be insane. They always are. It’s what people look forward to.

"It’s almost embarrassing that Brittany and I are here having the conversations," she adds. "It should be Carrie [Underwood] and Luke and everyone else who’s here, because that’s why we’re here, to celebrate them. They’re the coolest people to ever be around."

Continues Snow, "I’m a huge fan of country music. I have been for a while. It’s something that my family is very passionate about as well. [Hosting this show is] something that was new for me. I’ve never hosted anything before, and I wanted to challenge myself and prove to myself that I can do it, and to see all these performances -- it’s one of those things you can’t turn down."

Performers for the ceremony include Underwood, Eric ChurchSam HuntJake Owen, the Zac Brown BandKeith UrbanKenny ChesneyFlorida Georgia LineJason AldeanLady Antebellum (who will be performing with EDM artist Zedd), Bryan, A Thousand HorsesChris JansonFrankie BallardKelsea BalleriniMaddie & Tae and RaeLynn.

"One of the reasons that the CMT Music Awards is different and stands out from the rest of the country music awards shows is irreverence," says Joe Hamlin, senior vice president of music events and talent at CMT. "We don’t take ourselves too seriously. The performances are always surprising. They’re always full of energy. They’re always fresh. We have a great mix of songs, both proven hits and brand-new songs that fit the tone of the show ... It is the beginning of summertime, so we want the show to reflect the optimism everyone feels this time."

The evening's performers join an eclectic list of presenters, including Aloe Blacc, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Billy Ray Cyrus, Brett Eldredge, Cassadee Pope, Charles Esten, Cole Swindell, David Spade, Hunter Hayes, Jana Kramer, actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum, J.J.
