Jason Aldean will team up with classic rock legend Bob Seger for an upcoming episode of 'CMT Crossroads.'

The innovative program pairs country stars with musicians from other genres as they duet on each others' songs. Past editions have included Lee Ann Womack and John Legend, as well as Kacey Musgraves and Katy Perry.

The taping with Seger and Aldean will take place at an invitation-only performance in Franklin, Tenn. on Oct. 28.

Seger recently released a new album titled 'Ride Out.' His past hits include 'Against the Wind,' 'Night Moves,' Turn the Page' and more. He is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Aldean's latest album, 'Old Boots, New Dirt,' debuted at the top spot across all genres earlier in October. Its lead single, 'Burnin' It Down,' has become the fastest-breaking of his career, hitting No. 1 and earning Platinum certification.

The superstar was recently recognized by the RIAA as the top-selling male country artist in the history of digital music, with sales totaling more than 21 million units. He is currently crossing the country on his enormously successful Burn It Down Tour, which has played five sold-out stadium dates as well as the largest arenas in the country.

The 'Crossroads' episode featuring Aldean and Seger is slated to premiere on Nov. 28 at 10PM ET.
