Go into the studio with James Wesley in the lyric video for his latest single, "Thank a Farmer." The tune, which was written by Dustin Lynch, Josh Thompson and Steve Bogard, hits home for the Kansas native.

"Growing up on a small farm taught me to be responsible and gave me a sense of pride, but above all it gave me a great work ethic," James says. "I have always had to work for what I got. Growing up in a farming community was everything. A man's word meant something and a handshake was a deal. If anyone was ever in need you could always count on your neighbor."

Those are the messages the former FFA (Future Farmers of America) member sings in the tune, which pays tribute to those who "grew this country strong." Name-checking everything from hayfields to girls on four wheels, James offers appreciation for all the agricultural community gives society.
