Congratulations to Tyler Farr! The singer is now engaged.

Farr recently told Taste of Country that even though his good friend Jason Aldean tied the knot in late March, marriage wasn't in the close future for him. However, on Sunday (May 10), Farr revealed that he had popped the question to his girlfriend, Hannah Freeman.

"Proud to say I'm engaged to my best friend and the most amazing woman I've ever known," he writes on Instagram.

It's been a busy few weeks for Farr, who released his sophomore album, Suffer in Peace, on April 28.

"I was more excited to make this second album because, from my freshman album to my sophomore album, the last year and a half, I've been able to grow so much as an artist and really hone in on who I am as an artist," the "Redneck Crazy" singer says. "I think you just know yourself a lot better and know what you want to say."

In its debut week, the record earned a spot in the Top 5 on both the Billboard Country Albums and Top 200 charts. With that debut, Farr is the first male country solo artist in a decade to have both of his first two albums debut in the Top 5 of the Top 200.

The Boot extends our warmest wishes to Farr and his new fiancee!
