Country stars are a hot commodity these days, especially for late night TV shows. Tim McGraw has been tapped to be a guest on the 'The Tonight Show' for Jimmy Fallon's first week as host.

The Louisiana native will join actor Bradley Cooper on Feb. 19, only two days after Fallon's hosting duties begin. Other celebrities appearing for his inaugural week include U2, Will Smith, Jerry Seinfeld, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire and Justin Timberlake.

Jay Leno wrapped up his reign as host of 'The Tonight Show' on Feb. 6, with Garth Brooks, Sheryl Crow, Oprah Winfrey, Jim Parsons and Kim Kardashian all appearing on the Emmy-winning show.

McGraw's appearance on 'The Tonight Show' comes at the beginning of a busy year for the 46-year-old. He will release a new record later this year, as well as hit the road for his Sundown Heaven Town 2014 tour. The first single from the new set of tunes, 'Lookin' for That Girl,' was released last month.

“With every album, my approach is to push a few of my own boundaries and try things I’ve never done before," he explains. "It was hard to choose a lead single off this project because I really felt like we had six or seven good options. I kept coming back to ‘That Girl’ because even though it may be a little different for me sonically, I couldn’t get it out of my head!”

The Sundown Heaven Town Tour will kick off in Sacramento, Calif. in May. Specific dates will be announced shortly. Tickets for select cities are already available for purchase here.
