Music City, get ready: Tim McGraw has announced his first solo Nashville concert in six years.

The singer's 2015 Shotgun Rider Tour is now set to hit up Bridgestone Arena on Aug. 15. As on the rest of McGraw's summer tour dates, Texas native Chase Bryant and "We Are Tonight" hitmaker Billy Currington will open the show. McGraw last played Nashville in 2012 during his co-headlining Brothers of the Sun Tour with Kenny Chesney.

The 2015 Shotgun Rider Tour begins on June 5 and runs through through Sept. 19. McGraw will make stops in Texas, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, California and other states, as well as in Ontario, Canada.

The country star will also be headlining the 2015 Taste of Country Music Festival alongside fellow big names Toby Keith and Keith Urban in June. Then, he'll headline Colorado's Country Jam 2015, which will also feature headlining sets from Urban and sibling trio the Band Perry.

McGraw recently performed an emotional rendition of country icon Glen Campbell's "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" at the 2015 Oscars, where Campbell's song was nominated in the Original Song category. Campbell was unable to attend the Academy Awards due to his progressing Alzheimer's disease.

“I’m a huge fan of Glen Campbell’s,” McGraw says. “I think the legacy that he’s left across the musical landscape is just incredible. He’s transcended all genres with the kind of music that he’s made -- playing guitar on so many records in the ‘60s from the Beach Boys and some of the great songs that he’s had like "Wichita Lineman" and "Rhinestone Cowboy." He’s just a true artist.”

More details and ticket information for all of McGraw's upcoming concerts will be available at TimMcGraw.com as announced.
