Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's Soul2Soul concert series at Las Vegas' Venetian Hotel and Casino made its debut over the weekend to rave reviews. The intimate show saw the music superstars trading and sharing the spotlight, as they dazzled the sold-out crowd of 1,800 fans with their biggest solo hits, their beloved duets and even a few cover songs.

"It's completely different than anything we've done before," Faith told The Boot back in August, when the show was in its planning stages. And the couple certainly made good on that promise. Their Venetian debut kicked off with the appropriate "Let's Go to Vegas," as the singers made a surprise entrance through side doors in the middle of the audience floor, shaking hands down the aisle as they made their way to the stage. Both showcased songs spanning their two decades in the biz, with Tim throwing in a few Eagles songs and Faith covering Aretha Franklin's "Dr. Feelgood (Love Is a Serious Business)." But the 90-minute show's serious sizzle factor came during the duets, including "It's Your Love" and "I Need You," which closed the show.

The McGraws' Vegas run isn't a typical Sin City residency. When the parents of three signed on to do the show, they had one main caveat: that it work around their daughters' schedules. So, they'll only play ten weekends, wrapping up in April.

"The Venetian has been phenomenal," Faith says. "What has taken the most time has been figuring out when we can be here, and they really worked around our schedule with our children."

Faith and Tim's girls will accompany them to Las Vegas, enjoying all that the city has to offer for those under 21. "They'll want to take in some shows," Faith predicts, "and shopping! They have TopShop here, which is a big one for the teenagers in our family!"

"But mostly, they'll want to hang out in the hotel room," Tim adds.
