Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Selling LA Home
First Tim McGraw and Faith Hill took Music City by storm with successful singing careers. Then they both displayed their acting chops with a move to Tinsel Town and respective film roles. Yet even as their big-screen ventures continue -- Tim will soon be seen in the comedy 'Four Christmases' -- the couple are unloading their 10,500 square-foot home in the ritzy Beverly Park community in the hills above Los Angeles.
The LA Times Real Estate section reports that the couple's Mediterranean-style mansion on four acres is on the market. The price tag? A hefty $14.8 million that will get you six bedrooms and seven-and-one-half bathrooms.
Other features include a two-story entry with limestone floors, a large skylight and a wrap-around staircase. The master suite has his-and-her bathrooms. And the Times describes the "his" bathroom as "somewhat voyeuristically open and connected to a state-of-the-art gym." Yes, there's a pool area (described as "pretty spectacular") and the kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances.
