Disney Star Tiffany Thornton Takes a ‘Chance’ on Country

Tiffany Thornton, who plays the role of Tawni Hart on the Disney Channel series, 'Sonny With a Chance' is in the midst of recording her first country album. The 24-year-old actress has been traveling back and forth between L.A. and Nashville working on her debut project ... and somewhere along the way, she's fallen head-over-heels in love with Music City.

"I love Nashville and want to move there!" Tiffany tells Bop and Tiger Beat. "We have 12 songs now!"

The native Texan also explains what inspires her to write songs. "Being in love and falling out of love is a lot of the inspiration," she notes. "Growing up in the South, out in the country ... and my family also influences me."

Tiffany, who also had a role in the Disney Channel movie, Hatching Pete, sings two songs on the 'Sonny with a Chance' soundtrack, released on Walt Disney Records in October.
