The Band Perry were surprised with a celebration of their sophomore album, ‘Pioneer,’ at a recent taping of 'CMT Crossroads.'

Kimberly, Reid and Neil Perry were all presented with gold plaques of the album by Big Machine president and CEO Scott Borchetta, Republic Nashville president and Big Machine EVP Jimmy Harnen and the album’s producer, Dann Huff.

The band were taping an episode of 'CMT Crossroads' with Fall Out Boy when they were surprised with the awards backstage.

‘Pioneer’ debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart, and has sold over 10.3 million tracks. The trio have had two No. 1 singles off the album -- ‘Better Dig Two,’ which went Platinum, and the Gold-certified ‘Done.’ The most recent single, ‘Don’t Let Me Be Lonely,’ is currently in the top 25 on the country radio charts.

The group are also nominated for Vocal Group of the Year at the 2013 CMA Awards, airing Nov. 6 on ABC.
