Taylor Swift is enjoying the sweet smell of success. The country superstar announced last year she was developing her own fragrance line, and now she is happy to report the new perfume will hit shelves this fall. The budding entrepreneur is working with famed fragrance company Elizabeth Arden to develop her signature scent, which is targeted towards young women ages 13 to 24.

Taylor joins the ranks of Faith Hill, Tim McGraw and Shania Twain as country music songbirds who have used their celebrity status to market their own line of fragrances. But that's not the only thing she has in common with her role models. The singer-songwriter recently found out, while performing her final show for the European leg of her Speak Now tour in London, that she sold more than 20 million albums -- a feat all the more impressive considering her first album was released less than five years ago.

"It's just beyond my comprehension to get a plaque like that, and the fact the fans have done that much for me in such a short period of time is unreal. I'm so excited and so thankful," she says of the achievement (quote via the Denver Post).

Taylor's other enterprises include a line of greeting cards and her own clothing line.

The multi-faceted superstar will head to the Academy of Country Music Awards this Sunday, April 3, where she is nominated for four trophies, including Entertainer of the Year, and will also perform. She will spend several weeks off the road before she heads out on May 27 for the United States leg of her tour, with Needtobreathe accompanying Taylor for all of the stateside shows, and Frankie Ballard, Danny Gokey, Hunter Hayes, Josh Kelley, Randy Montana, James Wesley and Charlie Worsham each playing on select shows.
