Taylor Swift has made a hero's dream come true.

Cpl. Evan Stratton was injured in Iraq last year when his convoy was ambushed by a grenade. His big homecoming wish: to meet Taylor Swift. So, his sisters, Saryn and Talyn, started a Facebook page in the hopes of grabbing the singer's attention for their brother. And it wasn't long before they got a post on their Facebook "wall" from Taylor herself, saying, "You are so amazing."

Denver Radio Station KYGO then got in on the action, giving Evan tickets and backstage passes to Taylor's Denver show last week.

"I love Taylor Swift," Evan told Denver's CBS-5 television station. "It was pretty sweet. I got to take a picture with her and a signed autograph. She's just as pretty in real life."

Evan is almost completely healed, according to CBS5, and ready for deployment, most likely to a ship on the Pacific Ocean.
