Taylor Swift will be featured this Sunday (May 31) in a one-hour NBC special, 'Dateline: On Tour With Taylor Swift.' The 19-year old takes fans behind-the-scenes on her first headlining tour, telling them, "This is my baby. I'm so excited about every angle of this tour."

Filming was done on three continents -- the U.S., U.K. and Australia -- over a period of three months. Crews captured the singer as she created her new tour, taking into consideration everything from stage props to backstage necessities.

Not only are there interviews with Taylor, but her band members get in on the action, as well, talking about what it's like to tour with one of America's biggest stars. Fans will get a glimpse of everything from the dressing rooms to crew meetings, dancer auditions and concert performances.

Viewers will also see a candid interview with Taylor's mom, Andrea Swift. Mother and daughter talk about the road to fame and life in the spotlight. "It's one of the craziest feelings to be on stage and know that you were sitting on your bedroom floor when that song came to be, and now there's an arena full of people singing it," Taylor gushes to 'Dateline.'

The NBC crew didn't have an exclusive on filming for the special. Taylor picked up a camera herself and shot footage that became video diaries scattered throughout the hour-long show. As the program progresses, the singer explains what it feels like right before she goes out to sing for her fans. "In the 30 seconds before I go on stage when I hear that screams, when I hear that high pitched sound of all those people screaming together, it's like I want to get on stage right now. It's the most amazing feeling."

Swift is in the midst of the Fearless tour, which also features her friend Kellie Pickler and hot new group Gloriana. 'Dateline: On Tour With Taylor Swift' airs Sunday at 7:00PM ET on NBC.
