Rodney Atkins Releases ‘Eat Sleep Love You Repeat,’ Shares Lyric Video

Rodney Atkins has released 'Eat Sleep Love You Repeat,' the first single off of his upcoming album.

The track, written by Walker Hayes and Ryan Bizarri, is the first music from Atkins in over a year. The song offers up a simple approach to life, with Atkins singing, "If it’s alright with you, all I wanna do / Is eat, sleep, love you, repeat,” on the fresh single.

Atkins has also been spending time in the studio to prepare for the release of his new album with Curb Records.

“It was a whole lot of fun,” he tells Taste of Country about recording. “I love singing more now than I think I ever have. I felt like I’ve enjoyed it more -- the process of making a record -- and I love the intricate details of it. It’s just some great songs.

"It’s kind of pushing the envelope with some melodies for me and stuff, and I’ve had a whole lot of fun," he adds. "I got to write more for this album also.”
