Reba McEntire is releasing a new single, 'Pray for Peace,' and she is reaching out to her fans for help in making the video.

“Every time I watch the news, I’m just waiting for a story with a happy ending. Unfortunately you don’t see those stories very often," she explains. "I find myself praying for peace, and a better outcome for the world."

“‘Pray for Peace’ is a song I wrote because I strongly believe in the power of prayer," she tells her fans. "I'd like for you to help me with creating a video that spreads this message. I'd love to see you, your family, your friends, anyone, praying for peace."

Videos need to be filmed horizontally, not vertically. More instructions, including where to submit the video, are available on her website.

There's no word yet on if 'Pray for Peace' is the debut single from a new album. The songstress is spending much of the next few months on the road, including shows in Indiana, Ontario and Pennsylvania this month. See a list of all of her upcoming shows here.
