In anticipation of 'The Hunger Games' theatrical release March 23, Miranda Lambert's 'Run Daddy Run,' featuring the Pistol Annies, has been leaked. Listen to a full version of the gritty song below.

"Daddy, can you hear the devil drawing near? / Like a bullet from a gun / Run, Daddy, run," the desperate tune begins, as the singers call for a lost parent. The film's main character, Katniss Everdeen, played by Jennifer Lawrence, could likely relate to the track, since when the story starts, she's supporting her mother and little sister, Primrose, following her father's death.

'The Hunger Games' is set in a post-apocalyptic world where teens fight to the death in an annual event aired on live television. Katniss comes to the forefront of the dystopian Olympics when Primrose is selected to participate. The elder Everdeen volunteers to fight in her place.

This is the second song from the soundtrack to be leaked this week. Taylor Swift's 'Eyes Open' was distributed on Tuesday by Perez Hilton. Listen to it here.

Taylor's first release from the album was 'Safe and Sound,' with the Civil Wars. The singer-songwriter debuted the song via her Twitter page in December, and has since filmed a video for the haunting tune with the duo. (Watch it here)

'The Hunger Games' movie will hit theaters March 23, with the soundtrack out Tuesday (March 20). Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth also star in the film, which is based on the best-selling novel by Suzanne Collins.
