Miranda Lambert and Jewel are adding 'jewelry designer' to their impressive resumes. The talented singers are partnering with the Pennyroyal Silver Jewelry Co., each designing a piece of jewelry and donating proceeds to a charity of their choice.

"I am very excited about my partnership with Pennyroyal," says Miranda, who chose her own Muttnation Foundation as her charity. "They created a beautiful piece of jewelry to help raise funds for my passion of finding loving homes for abandoned and abused animals across the country."

Tim Foster, Pennyroyal jewelry designer and "self-proclaimed music industry dropout" (according to the company's website), says he thinks about each piece of jewelry as if he's writing a song. "The most important thing is that it means something. Anything. Whatever I'm thinking about at the time and feel like putting into the silver. How pretty it ends up looking is secondary. I think imperfections are more interesting. Like Bob Dylan's voice ... It's raw and imperfect. The lyrics are what make it great and his voice makes it feel real. I want my designs to achieve that real connection with people."

Other celebrities who have contributed their personal designs for Pennyroyal jewelry include 'American Idol' star Adam Lambert, comedian/actor Jack Black and members of the band Switchfoot.
