Star Watch: Merle Haggard, Dierks Bentley + More

Every Monday, The Boot updates fans on where to find your favorite country stars on TV throughout the week. Here's what's happening this week.

Merle Haggard is honored in the PBS documentary, 'Learning to Live With Myself,' airing on Wednesday, July 21. The special program is part of the PBS 'American Masters' documentary series. The show will include commentary from Robert Duvall, John Fogerty, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Kris Kristofferson, Keith Richards, Tanya Tucker, Don Was, Dwight Yoakam and Merle himself.

Also airing on Wednesday night is the encore presentation of Soundstage featuring Dierks Bentley, which will air on CMT. Check local listings for time.

Jimmy Wayne's GAC special, 'Coming Home,' will air several times throughout the week. Click here for a list of air times.

Closing out the week, Jerrod Niemann will be the special guest on GAC's Top 20 Country Countdown, which premieres Friday, July 23 and repeats throughout the weekend.
