Luke Bryan Earns 16th No. 1 With ‘Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day’
Luke Bryan has landed his 16th career No. 1 song, "Huntin', FIshin' and Lovin' Every Day." The tune is also Bryan's fourth consecutive No. 1 song from his latest album, Kill the Lights.
“Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” is the 12th tune on Kill the Lights. Bryan co-wrote the upbeat, mid-tempo song, which praises the easy way of life as a small-town Southern boy, with friends Dallas Davidson, Rhett Akins and Ben Hayslip, who are together known as the Peach Pickers. The song is an ode to Southern living — and Bryan, who grew up on a peanut farm in small-town Georgia, certainly knows a lot about that subject.
Since 2007, Bryan has sold just under 8 million albums and about 30 million digital tracks; Kill the Lights was his third album to debut at the top of the Billboard 200. The country superstar is currently out on the road on his Kill the Lights Tour; more information, including exact stops, can be found on his website. In October, Bryan will embark on his eighth annual Farm Tour; on Sept. 23, he'll release his first-ever Farm Tour EP, Here's to the Farmer.
"Huntin', Fishin' and Lovin' Every Day," and the rest of Bryan's Kill the Lights, is available on iTunes.
