Just as rumors of infidelity resurfaced this week, LeAnn Rimes now also faces speculation that she and husband Dean Sheremet are no longer living together.

"Le and Dean have been separated for quite some time now, but they're continuing to try and work through their relationship," a source tells PEOPLE magazine.

This claim comes just three days after the announced separation of model Brandi Glanville and actor Eddie Cibrian, Rimes' co-star in the made-for-TV movie, 'Northern Lights.' Glanville blames Rimes for the turmoil in her marriage, insinuating that the 26-year-old singer was having an affair with her husband and even calling her a "stalker."

"She refuses to leave us alone," Glanville told Us Weekly of Rimes. "It is shameful and scary. People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."

Rimes' camp dismissed the model's accusations as defamatory, but the singer has refused to set the record straight about the nature of her relationship with Cibrian.

Rimes and Sheremet were married in 2002 when she was just 19 years old. Glanville and Cibrian have also been married for seven years and have two children.
