The Court Yard Hounds perform on 'The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson,' airing Monday, May 24 at 11:37 PM ET on CBS.

Tuesday morning, May 25, Julianne Hough stops by NBC's 'Today' show, while Jewel performs on CBS' 'The Early Show and then pops over to ABC's 'Live With Regis and Kelly.'

Also Tuesday morning, Joe Nichols is the musical guest on 'The View,' which airs on ABC at 10:00 AM ET. Joe will perform his recent two-week long No. 1 hit, 'Gimmie That Girl.'

Following her Tuesday television appearances, Jewel will jet to Tampa to appear live during two different programs on the popular Home Shopping Network (HSN). She will perform live on the channel Tuesday evening in the 6:00 PM ET hour and again Wednesday in the 12:00 PM ET hour.

'American Idol' alum Bo Bice will make an appearance on the nationally-syndicated television show 'Better TV' on Wednesday. The country music superstar who won on Bo's season of 'Idol,' Carrie Underwood, also takes a detour from her tour schedule Wednesday to perform on the season finale of the show that jump-started her career. 'American Idol' airs at 8:00 PM ET on FOX.

Thursday morning, May 27, Miranda Lambert is the special guest on the syndicated 'The Bonnie Hunt Show.' Later that afternoon, 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' welcomes Tim McGraw, who will perform his latest single, 'Still.' Chely Wright will also visit Ellen on Thursday to talk about her autobiography, 'Like Me: Confessions of a Heartland Country Singer.'

Thursday night, new mom Allison Moorer performs on 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno,' airing at 10:35 PM ET on NBC.

Sugarland helps fans wake up Friday morning, May 28, when they take the stage of ABC's 'Good Morning America.'

Jewel finishes out her television appearances for the week in a big way when she performs the National Anthem at the Indianapolis 500 race, which will broadcast live on ABC.

Darryl Worley helps kick off Memorial Day, hosting the GAC special, 'Great American Salute,' on Sunday, May 30, at 8:00 PM ET. During the two hour long special, Darryl shares his stories and experiences from his most recent Stars for Stripes tour in Iraq. Heidi Newfield, Jack Ingram and Craig Morgan also appear on the special. Re-run dates include May 31 (12:00 AM ET and 1:00 PM ET) and June 1 (2:00 AM ET).
