"Slow Dance in a Parking Lot" singer Jordan Davis and his wife Kristen are parents for the first time. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, on Sunday (Nov. 17).

Eloise Larkin Davis was born in Nashville, Entertainment Tonight reports. She weighed 8 pounds and measured 19.75 inches long at birth.

"We are overjoyed with the addition of our baby girl," the Davises say. "Momma and baby are healthy as can be, and we have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season."

Davis married the former Kristen O'Connell, an attorney, in 2017. People first reported the news of her pregnancy on July 15.

“We are so thankful and so blessed," Davis told People at the time. "This is a really special moment and we’ve been trying to drink it in and enjoy the process. We are looking forward to meeting the little guy or girl later this year."

In the same interview, Davis, 31, sounded like an excited first-time dad with a case of baby fever. “We’re so grateful for this blessing, and if I can be anywhere near the type of father that my dad was to me, that will be a really good start,” he added. “I know Kristen is going to be an incredible mom.”

Davis' debut single, "Singles You Up," arrived in mid-2017 and topped the charts in 2018. His first album, Home State, arrived in March of 2018 and established Davis as both a potential star and a talented songwriter.
