One listen to Joel Crouse's debut single, "If You Want Some," and it's no wonder why the 20-year-old was tapped by Taylor Swift for an opening slot on her upcoming Red tour. The infectious tune, which the Massachusetts native co-wrote with songwriter Luke Laird and producer Jamie Houston, will have you singing along during your first listen. (Watch the lyric video below.)

"Luke, Jamie and I got together about a week after we had a get-together at our house for a writing session, and I just kept talking about what a party it had been," Joel tells The Boot. "'If You Want Some' is really just an invitation to party."

To top it off, the lyric video for the good-time anthem puts a creative spin on the genre and pays homage to classic forms of musical equipment. The words of the song appear on jukeboxes, cassette tapes, LPs and even a reel-to-reel. Mixed in with the vintage players are post-its, sheet music and even guitar picks donning lines like, "That's right I said it / It's gonna be Epic."
