Jason Aldean's debut tune from his recent 'Old Boots, New Dirt' album, 'Burnin' It Down,' soared to the top of the charts, quickly selling more than one million copies. Fresh off that success, the Georgia native has released 'Just Gettin' Started' as his follow-up single.

Written by Chris DeStefano, Rhett Akins and Ashley Gorley, the anthemic rock song is reminiscent of some of his earliest -- and biggest -- hits, like 'She's Country' and 'My Kinda Party.' With lines like, "We ain't even turned up the radio / Ain't been two miles down the road / The way you look at me, baby, I don't know / If we even gonna make it to the party / Yeah, we gotta whole lot of moonlight left / Already having the time of our lives / And we're just gettin' started tonight," the song is bound to become a concert staple.

Aldean knew he was stretching the boundaries with 'Burnin' It Down' and its blatant sexual overtones, but the singer-songwriter says he trusts his fans to allow him to explore new musical territory on 'Old Boots, New Dirt.'

"Just because I’m a country artist doesn't mean I don’t hear things in other forms of music that I think are really cool and could work for what we’re doing here,” he says. “From the very beginning, we've always tried to cut great songs. Some of those songs are about promoting having a good time -- driving trucks, fishing, hunting, because that’s just what we do -- but I would like to think that some stuff on this album is a little deeper, too."

Aldean will continue his Burn It Down Tour into 2015. Download 'Old Boots, New Dirt' here.
