Jake Owen, ‘Barefoot Blue Jean Night’ (the Homemade Video)
Jake Owen's twitter fans got a preview of his new single and life on the road with a homemade video of 'Barefoot Blue Jean Night,' which was shot in the singer's hometown of Vero Beach, Fla.
The tune, written by EMI Nashville Records artist Eric Paslay, Dylan Altman and Terry Sawchuk, is the first release from Jake's upcoming project. The new tune is the first that Jake didn't have a hand in writing.
"I just want my songs to relate to people," Jake explains about choosing material for his albums. "Those kinds of songs are what drive a career."
With April quickly approaching and winter becoming a distant memory, 'Barefoot Blue Jean Night' is the perfect reminder that summer is on it's way.
