Former ‘Idol’ Josh Gracin Gets ‘Restless’

Country crooner and former 'American Idol' contestant Josh Gracin is taking his act to the small screen. He'll make his acting debut this Thursday on the CBS soap opera 'The Young and the Restless.' 

Gracin plays a character named Jake who befriends the stranded Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) in a country bar in New Mexico. According to TV Guide, Josh will not sing on the show, but his character does try some pickup lines on Phyllis, much to the annoyance of her former boy-toy Nick.
