Texas-bred artist Curtis Braly has a music video for his new single "Sooner or Later" to reveal, and he's letting readers of The Boot see it first.

The video features Braly along with American Idol alum Kimberly Caldwell, who placed seventh during Season 2 of the singing competition TV show. Braly and Caldwell both grew up in the Houston area and now, years later, are both pursuing their dreams in the entertainment industry.

The clip's concept centers around the words of the duet that is "Sooner or Later": While Caldwell and Braly are duet partners in the video, she is obviously in love with a tall, dark and handsome character -- but neither of them makes the first move. Instead, it's longing glances, lots of wishing and hoping and, eventually, a first step.

"Sooner or later I'll hold you in my arms / Never gonna let you go," Braly and Caldwell sing. "Sooner or later / I’ll find the strength to let you know the way I’ve been feeling for so long."

Both Braly and Caldwell are exceptional vocalists, and the song's strength lies in their performance of it as well as the tune's confessional lyrics.

"Sooner or Later" is from Braly's new EP, All About the Ride. The disc features six tracks and also includes "Living on Sunshine," the project's first single. Fans can preview the EP on Braly's website.
