Chris Young has released a music video for his latest single, "I'm Comin' Over." The song is the debut single from his upcoming new studio album.

With lines like "So I'm comin' over / Runnin' every red light / To hell with the closure / Save it for another time / Try not to think about you, but it ain't workin' / Why put out a fire when it's still burnin'? / Just when I think movin' on is getting closer / I'm comin' over," the sultry video shows Young, along with his barista girlfriend, in varying degrees of loving and letting go.

""I’m Comin’ Over" describes that feeling when you can’t get someone off your mind and you just have to be with them no matter the consequences,” Young says about his latest single.

While the Tennessee native hasn't revealed a release date for his new record, he has shared that he has two special guests on the album: Cassadee Pope and Vince Gill.

“I was just like, ‘I’ve got to ask her,’ because I love her voice, and she’s a phenomenal singer,” Young tells The Boot of his collaboration with Pope. “And I asked her, and she was like, ‘Absolutely, I’d love to.’ So we got her in the studio and did that.”

"I'm Comin' Over" was downloaded more than 70,000 time in the first week of its release, and while some artists would choose not to look at numbers or chart position, Young says that he studies them meticulously.

“It doesn’t make me anxious looking at it. It’s just who I am,” the singer-songwriter tells The Boot. “I want to know numbers.”

"I'm Comin' Over" is currently in the Top 10 and climbing. Download the single on iTunes.
