Charlie Daniels' new song "It Don't Get No Better Than That" is a tribute to cowboys and Las Vegas -- specifically those who have qualified for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

For those unfamiliar with the professional rodeo circuit, Las Vegas has hosted the National Finals Rodeo, which is the world's richest and most prestigious rodeo, since 1985. The prize? The coveted Gold Buckle and title of world champion. The road? Lots of long trips, muddy arenas, sore bodies and determination. "It Don't Get No Better Than That" captures the zeal and energy of the event, and the lyrics ring true in the life of every cowboy who's tried for the gold.

"To be one of the cowboys headed to Nevada to try for the December Gold / Where the lights shine bright in the clear desert night and the people come to rock and roll / Where the best of the best are put to the test and the rest might as well stay home," Daniels sings. The chorus goes, "Got to make it out to Vegas to the NFR where eight seconds in the saddle can make you a star / Where the neon glitters and the party don't ever end."

"Being such a big rodeo fan, writing a song about cowboys and cowgirls, broncs and bulls and the excitement that surrounds the Wrangler NFR in Vegas every year was a natural for me,” Daniels says via press release. "It don't get no better than that."

"It Don't Get No Better Than That" is available on iTunes now. Proceeds from the song will be donated to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund and other organizations.

During the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, which is set to take place Dec. 3-12 in Las Vegas, fans can download the song for free at NFRSocialArena.com.
