Carrie Underwood, People magazine Carrie Underwood is enjoying a long honeymoon with her new husband, Mike Fisher, after their July 10 nuptials, but she took time to dish on a few wedding details, including her wardrobe change and the one part of the ceremony where she and Mike didn't quite see eye to eye.

"The wedding dress was huge," Carrie tells People of her Chantilly lace and silk organza Monique Lhuillier gown. "I wanted to get my boogie on, so I had to change." Opting for a Lhuillier cocktail dress for the reception, the couple danced the night away at Georgia's Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation Resort, where they partied with over 250 guests, including Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and former 'American Idol' judge Simon Cowell.

The reception, which was bathed in pink, went a little too far for Carrie's groom, who was surprised to see their ring bearer, her beloved chihuahua Ace, dressed in a Swarovski crystal-encrusted pink tuxedo as well. "Mike was like, 'He's in pink! What are you doing?' " Carrie says, "But he looked so handsome."

The happy couple has been spotted relaxing in Tahiti, a detail that was a surprise to Carrie, who left all the honeymoon details to her husband. She will resume her Play On tour on Friday, July 30, with an appearance on the 'Today Show' as part of their Summer Concert Series. Click here for Play On tour dates.
