Carrie Underwood Admits Being Cheated On

Carrie Underwood is not immune to heartbreak, as this month's InStyle magazine reveals.

"I've been cheated on a time or two. It's tough. I wouldn't recommend doing any property damage, though," she jokes, allluding to lyrics from her hit 'Before He Cheats.' "Now I'm to the point where you get one shot. Life's too short."

Underwood has been linked in the past to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and 'Gossip Girl' actor Chace Crawford, but she does not reveal who cheated on her. She does, however, reveal how she picks up the pieces after a breakup.

"I'm a 'let it go, move on' kind of person. And ice cream is my friend. If anybody sees me eating a sundae and I look unhappy, something bad has happened," she says. "I am drowning my sorrows in fudge and caramel and whipped cream."

But the country star also reveals to InStyle that she is vigilant about her diet, as she often struggles with her body image.

"I think about what I look like probably more than I should. But I think everybody is her own worst critic," she says. "Some days I step out of the shower, put my lotion on, and I'll be like 'Ugh, ew, ew.' . . . I count calories, fat and fiber – which is important in making you feel fuller faster – and protein, especially when I'm working out. If I put on five pounds, it's noticed immediately."

Underwood should certainly be proud of her appearance. She recently secured a spot on FHM Online's 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll. Ranked 73rd, she is the only country artist that made it on the list. Megan Fox came in first, followed by Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Elisha Cuthbert and Scarlett Johansson.
